The feed is wired. BC/adapter.js reads Elections BC and serve.js polls it, so running a dashboard locally shows a live count when an event is open. THIS PAGE, served statically, has no poller behind it — there is no Worker at /api/results and there will not be one — so every riding draws grey and the pill reads No feed until a snapshot is published beside it. Projection is off; see config.js.

The night of 19 October 2024, from Elections BC's own 2,142 voting-place returns. Every vote is real and it ends where the election ended — NDP 47, Conservative 44, Green 2. The order and clock are reconstructed, and the absentee and mail ballots that BC actually counted a week later land in the last half hour.

Both dashboards are the same app with a different default event type; add ?event=general or ?event=byelection to override. Run one with node election-night/serve.js (port 8086) or node by-election-night/serve.js (port 8087).
